A typical diet of phase one is very exciting. For breakfast you can eat bacon, sausages, cheese omelet, and ham. For a snack you can eat a doughnut that has whipped cream or some crisps. During lunch and dinner, you can eat a wide variety of foods as long as they have high calorie content. You can eat pork chops, potatoes, butter rolls, vegetables with a lot of butter and red meat among others. You can also take a late afternoon or late night snack comprised of ice cream, chips or a large shake. Remember not to overeat and have a stomach upset or any other problems.
